Turn on online booking only after the Location, Services and Staff members are ready. Test the Booking Page as a Customer before you share the link publicly.

Each Location has its own Booking Page at book.setora.co.uk/your-shop, where the last part is the Location's address.

  1. Open the Booking Page step in Setora Hub's guided setup.
  2. Set the Booking page address.
  3. Turn on Enable online booking and save.
  4. Use Open Preview and walk through a booking as a Customer would.
  5. Copy the link and share it where Customers already find you.

1. Set the address and turn on online booking

Open the Booking Page step in the guided setup. Enter the Booking page address using lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens only. This becomes the public link, so keep it short and recognisable, such as your shop name.

Turn on Enable online booking and save. You can also turn this on later from the Location overview in Organisation > Locations, where it appears as the Online Bookings switch. The Locations list shows Online bookings or Bookings off for each site.

The switch controls whether Customers can use the public Booking Page. Your Location, Services, Staff members and availability still control what they can actually choose.

Check before moving on: Do not share the link until you have tested the public journey with the same settings Customers will see.

2. Check the Booking Page

Choose Open Preview, or open the public link. Work through it as a Customer: pick a Service, Staff member, date and time, and check the price, duration, Location details and any payment step before you finish.

The Booking Page is the focused flow for choosing and confirming a Booking. It is separate from a Shop Website, which is the public website layer for your business.

If the page shows no times, work through the Location guide, the Service guide and the Staff member guide.

Copy the Booking Page link from the guided setup, or from the Location overview in Organisation > Locations, where the Location's address is shown with a link to the live page.

Share it where Customers are ready to book: your social profile, messages, email signature or Google Business Profile. Use the Shop Website link when Customers need to learn about the business first, and the Booking Page link when they are ready to choose a time.

If you run more than one Location, each has a different link. Check you are sharing the right one for each site.

What happens next

A Booking is confirmed only after the required details and any required payment or card setup are complete. Without a Deposit or Booking Protection, an online Booking is confirmed straight away and appears in the Calendar.

You can add optional Deposits or Booking Protection once the basic Booking Page works.

If Customers cannot find a time

  • Check Online Bookings is on for the Location.
  • Check the Location is Active and its Opening times are correct.
  • Check the Service is assigned to the Location and available for online booking.
  • Check the Staff member is assigned, working and Bookable Online.
  • Check the Service duration fits before the Location closes.
  • Check the advance booking window and cancellation notice in Organisation > Booking policy are not blocking the dates you are testing.

If the link returns an error or the available times still look wrong, open the chat and tell us the Booking Page link, Location, Service, Staff member and date you tested.
