Add a Location, then set its Opening times before you make the Booking Page public. This gives Setora the hours it can use when it looks for available Staff member time.
- Open Organisation > Locations in Setora Hub.
- Create a Location, or open the one you want to change.
- Add the address and time zone, then save.
- Open the Location's Opening hours tab and set the weekly times.
- Check every day, including the days you are closed.
- Confirm the Location is active before you check online booking.
1. Create or open the Location
Go to Organisation > Locations. Choose Create Location for a new site, or select an existing Location to edit it.
Add the address, time zone and the other details Customers need. Use one Location for each place where Customers can book Services.
Check before moving on: Make sure the address and time zone belong to the place where the Services actually happen.
2. Set the weekly Opening times
Open the Location's Opening hours tab. Add a Schedule, give it a name, then tick the days in Days open and set the Open time and Close time. Leave a day unticked when the Location is closed, rather than leaving an old time in place.
A Schedule is only used while it is set to Active. The active Schedule sets the outer hours for availability. A Staff member's own working times and the Service duration still have to fit inside those hours.
For a temporary change such as holiday hours, add a second Schedule with a Start date and End date for that period. You can also apply a reusable Template from Organisation > Opening hours templates if you use the same pattern across Locations.
Check before moving on: Review every day of the week, not just the days with appointments in the diary this week.
3. Make sure the Location can receive Bookings
Go back to the Location overview. Check the Active toggle is on, and turn on Online Bookings when you are ready to accept Customer Bookings. Keep Online Bookings off while you are still checking the setup.
A disabled Location does not appear in searches and does not accept new Bookings. The Booking Page uses the Location's address and availability, and it does not replace the Location's Opening times.
What happens next
Once the Location, Opening times, Services and Staff members are ready, check the available times on the Booking Page. A time only appears when the Location is open, the Service fits inside the remaining hours and a suitable Staff member is working.
Continue with adding a Service, price and duration, then setting up Staff members.
If the available times are wrong
- Check that the Location is Active.
- Check which Schedule is Active, and each day's open and close time.
- Check that a dated Schedule for a holiday period has not been left running.
- Check the Staff member's working time for the same date.
- Check that the Service duration fits before closing time.
- Check that the Booking Page is using this Location.
If the time is still missing, open the chat and tell us the Location, Service, Staff member and date you checked.
