How we compared: Figures use publicly available UK pricing and product information. Timely has strong scheduling and Xero features. Compare the plan you would actually use and confirm its tax basis rather than relying on an estimated range. Setora is £39/month per location, before VAT where applicable. SMS credits and card processing are separate if you use them. Competitor prices, add-ons, taxes, marketplace fees and exchange rates can change, so check the current provider pricing before you decide.

Will I lose my client data when I switch?
Timely supports exports for core records, including customer and reporting data. Setora helps you move the files you receive across and check the import before you update your booking links.
Is it really no commission? What's the catch?
£39/month per location is how Setora makes money. We do not take a cut of your bookings, card payments or walk-ins. SMS credits and card processing are separate if you use them.
What about Timely's Minimise Gaps feature?
Minimise Gaps is a strong Timely feature. Setora does not mirror that exact feature today, but it keeps scheduling, staff and booking controls clear for busy shops and salons.
I use Timely's Xero integration. Will I lose that?
Timely's native Xero sync is a genuine strength. Setora does not offer direct Xero sync today. If that is business-critical, include it in your decision before switching.
How long does it take to switch from Timely?
Set up services and staff, import the supported files you receive, test the Booking Page and switch your public link when you are ready.
How does SMS pricing compare?
Timely and Setora package messages differently. Setora keeps SMS credits separate, so you only pay for what you send and it is not hidden inside the platform price.
