Do I need a card to start?
No. Create your account without payment details. Your first 14 days of Setora are free.
What happens after my 14-day trial?
If you do not subscribe, your account pauses automatically. Export your customer list before leaving if you need a copy. Paused-account data is handled under the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.
How much does Setora cost?
£59/month per location, excluding VAT where applicable. There are no per-staff fees or Setora commission on bookings. SMS credits are separate. Card processing is charged at Stripe’s rate when you use online payments or deposits, with no Setora markup.
Can I switch from another booking system?
Yes. Import customers, services and bookings from CSV or Excel exports where the required information is available. Review the column mapping before importing. You can message us in live chat if you need a hand.
Is this the full product or a limited version?
You get the same core product as a paid shop or salon, including online bookings, the shared diary, customer records, email reminders and reports. SMS credits and Stripe card processing are separate when used. REST API v1 is in alpha, with access by request, not included as standard.
