Setmore lets owners export contacts as CSV, with limits depending on the route used. For staff data or appointment history, you may need a data portability request. Setora helps import the files you receive.
Is Setmore's free plan enough for a barbershop?
For a small shop that only needs basic scheduling, it may be. Setora is built for owners who want a shop-focused Booking Page, staff setup, portable customer data and no Setora commission.
How does Setora handle walk-ins?
A staff member can add a walk-in in kiosk mode so it lands beside booked appointments. Setora does not provide customer self-check-in or a customer-facing queue.
Why does USD billing matter?
If a platform bills UK shops in dollars, exchange rates can change the final monthly amount. Setora bills UK customers in pounds, with one platform price per location.
