Setora is £39/month per location, before VAT where applicable. SMS credits and card processing are separate if you use them. Will I lose my booking history and client data?
Request your full Squire export before you cancel. Setora helps you import the files you receive and gives you CSV exports for customers and appointments whenever you need them later.
What about Squire hardware?
Squire hardware is built for Squire. Setora does not replace Squire hardware today, so talk to us before switching if in-person hardware is part of your daily setup.
Will I lose my Google reviews?
No. Google reviews belong to your Google Business Profile, not your booking platform. They stay with your business when you change booking software.
What about clients who use the Squire app?
Existing clients who book directly can move to your Setora Booking Page with a simple link update. Clients who mainly find you through a marketplace app may need a clearer communication plan.
Is there a contract I need to worry about?
Check your own Squire agreement before cancelling. Setora is month-to-month, with no annual commitment required.
Can I keep my existing booking link?
You cannot usually take another platform's hosted booking link with you. With Setora, you share your new Booking Page link and update Instagram, Google, your website and customer messages.
