Add your public Setora links to Google Business Profile so Customers can find your business and book without hunting for a link.

  1. Copy your published Shop Website address from Setora Hub.
  2. Copy the Booking Page link for that Location.
  3. Open your verified Google Business Profile.
  4. Add the Shop Website as the Website link.
  5. Add the Booking Page as the Booking or Appointments link, if Google offers that field.
  6. Check both links from the public profile.

Your Shop Website address is in Organisation > Shop Websites, shown as the Default website URL. Copy it after you have published the site.

Your Booking Page link is per Location, in the form book.setora.co.uk/your-shop. You can copy it from the Location overview in Organisation > Locations. If you run more than one shop or salon, each has its own Google listing and its own Booking Page link, so match them up carefully.

Keep the two links doing different jobs. The Shop Website tells Customers about your business. The Booking Page takes them straight to choosing a Service, Staff member, date and time.

Check before moving on: Open each link in a private browser window. The Shop Website should load publicly, and the Booking Page should show the right Location with real available times.

2. Update your Google Business Profile

Sign in to the Google account that manages the verified profile. In the profile editor, put your published Shop Website address in the Website field.

If Google shows a Booking or Appointments link field, add the Booking Page link there. Google decides which fields appear for each business and region, so do not force the Booking Page into a field meant for something else.

Save, then follow any review message Google shows.

3. Test the public profile

Look at the profile the way a Customer would. Open the Website link and the Booking or Appointments link separately. The first should describe the business. The second should start the Booking Page.

For general profile advice, read how to set up a Google Business Profile for a barbershop. This guide only covers the Setora links to add once your profile is ready.

What happens next

Google can take time to show a changed link, and may review it first. Check the public profile again after a day or two.

If you later change your Booking Page address, your Location or your Shop Website, come back and check these links still work.

  • Check the Shop Website is published and opens without signing in.
  • Check online booking is on and the Booking Page opens without signing in.
  • Check you are editing the verified profile, not a duplicate listing.
  • Check Google has finished reviewing the change.
  • Check you used the public address, not a Hub settings page or a preview link.
  • Check you used the right Location's Booking Page if you have more than one.

If Google rejects a link that works, contact Google Business Profile support. If the Setora address itself is wrong or will not load, open the chat and tell us which link failed and what the public profile showed.
