Will I lose my client data when I switch?
Resurva does not appear to offer a simple direct client-list download in the dashboard. Use any available export route and submit a GDPR data portability request for the rest. Setora helps you import the files you receive.
What about Resurva's waitlist feature?
Resurva's waitlist is focused on cancellation notifications. Setora is built for bookings and shop routines, with customer data export available whenever you need it.
Is a GDPR data export request valid?
Yes. GDPR data portability rights can apply where a business needs personal data in a structured, commonly used format. If in doubt, use our data portability request resource and ask your provider directly.
What if Resurva access changes?
If your current platform does not give you a simple export, retrieval can become harder later. Setora is designed so customers, bookings and reports stay exportable from your account.
How long does switching from Resurva take?
The slow part may be getting the export. Once you have the files, most shops can configure Setora, import records and test the Booking Page in a day.
Can I keep my Resurva booking page URL?
No. Resurva booking links use Resurva URLs. With Setora, you share your new Booking Page link and update Google, Instagram, your website and customer messages.
