How the barbershop calendar works
Four interactions that make managing your schedule faster.
Drag to reschedule
Pick up any booking and drop it onto a new time slot or different barber's column. A confirmation dialog appears before saving, with an option to notify the client. Works across days in 3-day and week views.
Resize to extend
Drag the bottom edge of a booking to change its duration. The calendar updates in real time so you can see exactly how the adjusted booking fits.
Conflict detection
Invalid targets are tinted red as you drag. Drop onto a double-booked slot or closed day and the calendar blocks it with a brief toast notification.
Right-click for quick actions
Right-click a booking to view details, reschedule, mark complete/no-show, or cancel. Right-click an empty slot to create a booking or block time.

As you drag a booking, invalid targets are tinted red. If you drop onto a double-booked slot or a closed day, the calendar blocks the move and shows a brief toast notification explaining why. This prevents double-bookings automatically.
Right-click a booking to view details, reschedule, mark as complete or no-show, or cancel. Right-click an empty slot to create a new booking or block time. It gives you quick access to common actions without navigating away from the calendar.
The who’s next bar sits at the top of the day view and shows upcoming bookings for the current day at a glance. It lets you know who’s next without scrolling through the full schedule.
