Yes. You can import customers, services and bookings from your current provider’s export, where it contains the required information. Review the data before importing it. Live chat is available if you need help.
How do I get set up, and is help available?
The guided setup takes you through your shop details, services, staff and opening hours. You can message us in live chat if you need a hand. There’s no need to book a support call to get started.
Can I keep my existing card machine?
Yes. Keep taking payments with your existing card machine. Online payments and deposits through Setora are optional, with card processing charged separately at Stripe’s rate when used.
Can I cancel whenever I need to?
Yes. Paid subscriptions are month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period, with no refund for the remaining time. If you don’t subscribe after the free trial, your account pauses automatically.
