How long does Setora onboarding take?
Setup time depends on your services, staff and any data you need to import. You add shop details, opening hours, services and staff rules, then check and share your Booking Page when it is ready.
Can I import from Fresha, Booksy or Square?
Yes. You can upload a CSV from your current provider during onboarding. Setora helps bring across the client list and booking history where the export contains the right fields.
Do I need a support call to get started?
No. The setup flow is designed so most shops can start without a call. If you need help, you can still message us in live chat.
When can customers start booking?
As soon as your services, staff and opening hours are set, your Booking Page can go live. You can copy the link and share it with customers straight away.
