Customers can manage their own bookings

Self-service bookings handle the admin after the booking, too. Customers can view upcoming and past bookings, reschedule, or cancel from your branded Setora booking page.

No app. No password. Just a secure code sent to the email address or phone number they booked with, shown partially hidden on screen.

Less back-and-forth

The booking link does more of the boring work

Customers already know where to book. Now the same page helps them fix the small changes that usually land in your WhatsApp inbox at the worst possible time.

Fewer calls and DMs

Customers can check their own booking details instead of messaging the shop to ask what time they are in.

Reschedule before they disappear

If a time no longer works, customers can move the booking through your live availability instead of cancelling outright.

Cancellations stay controlled

Customers can cancel themselves, while Setora still respects your booking rules and keeps the diary accurate.

Past bookings in one place

Customers can see upcoming and past bookings from the same public booking page they already use.

Secure code sign-in

They verify with the email address or phone number used when the booking was created. Setora partially hides the contact detail on screen.

No app download

The flow works in the browser at book.setora.co.uk/your-shop. Your shop link stays the centre of the customer experience.

How it works

Secure enough for bookings. Simple enough for customers.

The customer only needs access to the contact detail they booked with, and Setora only shows it in redacted form. That keeps the flow lightweight without opening up the diary to the wrong person.

01

Customer opens your booking page

They go to your branded Setora booking page and choose to manage an existing booking.

02

They verify with a code

Setora sends a one-time code to the email address or phone number already attached to their booking, with the contact detail shown in redacted form.

03

They manage the booking

Upcoming bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled. Past bookings are available for reference.

Built into your public booking page

This is not a separate customer account area. It lives where customers already expect it: your Setora booking page, carrying your shop details and booking rules.

The diary stays clean

Reschedules check availability. Cancellations update the booking record. Staff see the result in Setora without retyping details from a message thread.
