Before booking, clients must create a Vagaro profile. This adds friction, loses potential bookings, and means the client relationship lives on Vagaro’s platform.
Branded website costs extra
Vagaro’s default booking page uses their branding. A custom domain via MySite costs £15/month extra. Setora includes a branded booking page at no extra cost.
Xero integration costs £30/month

What Vagaro does well
We’re not going to pretend Vagaro is a bad product. Here’s where credit is due:
