Is it really free?
Yes. Student and tutor accounts are completely free for the duration of the course. No trial period, no card, no hidden upgrade. We do this because students who learn on Setora are more likely to use it when they start working.
How many student accounts can we have?
As many as you need. Whether your cohort is 10 students or 100, every student gets their own account. Accounts are created per intake, so each new cohort gets fresh accounts.
What happens after graduation?
Graduates keep their account free for 3 months after the course ends. After that, they can continue on the standard plan or export their data and move on. No lock-in.
What devices do students need?
Setora runs in any modern web browser - phone, tablet, or laptop. No app download required. If your students have a phone with a browser, they are ready to go.
Can we use Setora for assessments?
Absolutely. Tutors can review student accounts to assess how they manage bookings, handle client records, and process payments. It gives you a practical assessment tool alongside theory work.
