What to check before moving away from Treatwell.
Will I lose my client data when I switch?
Treatwell data export usually means contacting support and making a formal request. Under GDPR, you have data portability rights. Setora helps you import the client data you receive.
Is it really no commission? What's the catch?
£59/month per location is how Setora makes money. We do not take a cut of your bookings, card payments or walk-ins. SMS credits and card processing are separate if you use them.
What about Treatwell marketplace commission?
Treatwell can be useful for discovery, but marketplace commission can make direct customer relationships expensive. Setora focuses on direct bookings where the client relationship stays with your shop or salon.
How long does it take to switch from Treatwell?
