Treatwell has no self-service data export. You’ll need to contact their support team to request your data. Under GDPR, they must provide it. We’ll help you import everything into Setora.
£14.99/month per location is how we make money. We don’t take a cut of your bookings, your card payments, or your walk-ins. The price you see is the price you pay.
If a Treatwell marketplace client doesn’t rebook within 365 days, they reset to ‘new client’ status. Their next booking triggers the 35% commission again - even though they’re your existing client.
Since April 2025, if you cancel a new marketplace client’s booking on Treatwell, the 35% commission still applies. Previously this was waived. With Setora, cancellations never cost you anything.
