Will I lose my client data when I switch?
Export first, then switch links. Your current platform should provide an export route or a GDPR data portability process. Setora gives you a clean import path for the records your provider gives you.
Does the switch really take five minutes?
The Setora setup can be very quick once your export is ready. If your current platform needs a support request before releasing data, that part can take longer. You can still set up and test Setora before you change links.
Is it really £39/month per location?
Yes. Setora is £39/month per location after the 14-day trial. There is no Setora commission on bookings and no per-staff fee. SMS credits and card processing are separate if used.
What if I want to leave Setora?
Cancel any time. There are no exit fees, no lock-in contracts, and your customers, bookings and reports stay exportable.
Will my customers notice the switch?
They will see a new Booking Page link. Keep the message simple: your shop or salon has moved bookings to Setora, and customers should use the new link from now on.
Do I need to switch during a quiet period?
