Setora exports the customer list as a CSV file. The export contains contact details, marketing consent, total bookings and last booking date. It is not described as a complete export of every booking, note or business record.

Check access before exporting

Customer exports are permission-controlled. The export also needs owner or manager authorisation, so do not share a PIN or ask someone to approve a file they have not checked.

Only export the data you need. Customer CSV files contain personal data and should not be left in a shared downloads folder.

Check the downloaded file

Open the CSV and confirm it contains the expected customer rows. Keep the original file unchanged if you plan to work with a copy in spreadsheet software.

Available reports have their own CSV exports. Use the report export when you need report data rather than assuming the customer file contains every booking or financial field.

Store or delete it safely

Move the file to an access-controlled location if it must be kept. Delete spare downloads and temporary working copies when they are no longer needed.

Check before moving on: Confirm the file is stored only where the people who need it can open it.
